Patek Philippe has heavily invested their time and attention in recent years in their ladies’ models. The introduction of the Patek Philippe Nautilus Joaillerie 7118/1300R shows just how much their ladies models have evolved.
Where previously Patek simply took men’s watches, made the case size slightly smaller, and typically flooded them with diamonds or precious stones, Patek now pays close attention to designing distinct and unique ladies’ watches that stand apart and stand tall compared to their male counterparts.
Adding to their strong lineup of new Nautilus releases, Patek Philippe launched the Nautilus Joaillerie 7118/1300R. This watch is absolutely stunning and sure to be a smash hit.
The Nautilus Joaillerie 7118/1300R Details
The watch is cased in rose gold and features an integrated rose gold bracelet which features both brushed and polished surfaces and polished bevels on the flanks of the case and bracelet.
The 7118/1300R features a case diameter of 35.2mm with a thickness of 8.62mm. Its dial features a beautiful rose gold hue to it with a wave motif Patek has added to all ladies’ Nautilus models which I think is a very classy touch.
However, the most breathtaking aspect of the watch is its gem-setting. The dial features 11 baguette-shaped spessartites that are cognac-colored and 68 baguette-cut spessartites which vary in color from champagne to cognac adding warmth and charm to the overall watch.
The watch overall features a total of 79 spessartites which amount to 2.38 cts – 0.34cts for the dial and 2.04cts for the bezel.
Spessartites are a rare semi-precious mineral composed of manganese, aluminum and silicate. The gem setting is perfectly executed and really makes the watch stand apart in Patek’s current ladies Nautilus range. The contrast of the rose gold case and bracelet to the varying colors of the spessartite gems really pops and has a stunning visual effect.

The watch is powered by Patek Philippe’s Caliber 324 which can be viewed through the watch’s display caseback, is self-winding and features a date at 6 o’clock. It boasts a power reserve of 35-45 hours, beats away at 28,800 vibrations per hour or 4Hz and features 29 jewels and 217 components overall.
The watch is also stamped with Patek’s in-house seal which certifies this movement is finished to Patek Philippe’s high standards.

The Patek Philippe Nautilus Joaillerie 7118/1300R carries a retail price of $82,796.
